Conference Registration

We are happy to welcome you to the ECTI Conference 2025 from 8-12 September 2025 in Egmond aan Zee! Your registration fee includes full access to the conference sessions, coffee breaks, daily lunch and dinner, accommodation with breakfast, the social program, and labtour.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can affect your ability to attend. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Full Refund (minus cancellation fees)
Cancellations made on or before July 15, 2025 will receive a full refund, minus the € 25,- cancellation fee.
50% Refund
Cancellations made between July 16, 2025 and August 15, 2025 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
No Refund
Cancellations made after August 15, 2025 will not be eligible for a refund. This applies to cancellations for any reason, including natural disasters or force majeure events.
